Off : No sound.

PC Speaker : The sound comes out from the internal PC speaker.

Sound card : The sound comes out from the sound card. The Volume can be adjusted.

Press one of the Test buttons to hear the sound.

Note that the sound is generated using a low priority thread. In case of heavy CPU usage, a delay may occur between the click and the sound.
