Guidelines

Groups : When many guidelines are in use, the workspace can quickly become messy. The Group property allows to have only the usefull guidelines in view while others are hidden. When adding a guideline, it is set by default to the first visible group. It can be changed later in the Guideline properties.

Show/Hide all : Show or hide all guideline with manually (un)ticking all groups.

Select all visible : Add all the visible guidelines to the selection.

Grid

When using the grid, the top-left corner of the first selected key is snapped to the grid. Show selects whether the grid is visible and active. Step is the interval between dots.
